"These is the worst ensurance ,the costumer service and office ,they up your ensurance and there is not reason ,the mexican girl was very poor service i where in a call and she end the call ,they stollen your money and not gived any service, i asked cuestions and she never reach me."

THIS OFFICE DID NOT WRITE YOUR POLICY . . . yet you choose to express your disdain with this State Farm Agency. You apparently left the Agency who wrote your policy because you felt they "mistreated you". You never contacted us before requesting your policy be transferred. Yet after being with us for one whole week and having one 5-minute conversation with my Staff member who attempted to discuss and educate you about a coverage part that you did not have on your policy, you felt the need to post this "review" of my Agency. How THIS AGENCY "wronged you" I truly do not understand. I do hope that you can find the "service utopia" that you search for. since you have transferred your account amongst MULTIPLE State Farm Agents in your search for perfection . . . "

"This is a very Good Insurance. I have been with Mr. Latrobe Decrease Since 2010 and have never had a Bad year with him and his worker very very Good Matter.In 2014 it was a Tornado in Irving I had HAIL Damage the car was tore up from the floor up my car was New I got paid I mean paid Thank U Jesus .Any time Something Happen They Fix it in 2 weeks .I can go on and on.
